This "enhanced rest" restorative yoga workshop is designed to be a treat for the body & mind to help soften muscle & joint tension, unwind our minds, and deepen our connection to our bodies. We will use props to fully support our bodies, breath to deeply relax, and provide touch therapies to soothe and promote healing. No yoga experience is required.
