Have you ever wanted to know a little more about the roasting process? Four regional roasters will talk how they go about getting the most out of their coffees. Each roaster will brew up a small sample of a coffee they will talk about and then we will open it up to some questions for those who would like to know more. Roasters include: Joe Bean Coffee, GIMME! Coffee, Public Espresso, and Peaks Coffee.
