The New York Wine & Culinary Center’s Culinary Team will partner with Red Tail Ridge Winery, to bring you our first Vegan Winemaker Dinner! The dinner will feature local bounty from area farms that pair perfectly with Red Tail Ridge's finest wine. Winemaker Nancy Irelan will discuss the award-winning Seneca Lake wines paired with the dinner. NYWCC Chefs have created an innovative menu that will excite your palette.
