Real Food, Real Tasty

In this workshop students will learn how to take real foods and fill them with flavor. Eating healthy is easy if you have the skills to make it taste great. With a little planning, students will learn: what makes a healthy food and how to choose what is best for their nutrition goals, how to season with herbs and spices like a pro, and how to modify recipes to have fewer calories and saturated fat.
