Many of us have been affected or exposed to racism. And we all probably agree that, it’s not always the easiest thing to explain to children. In conjunction with the YWCA and the Friends and Foundation of the Rochester Public Library, we are working together to understand and combat racism by reading and discussing a recent work of fiction. Please join us to join with other families, to read a book together and do hands-on activities to help understand and explain why this might happen.
