Collaborators from The M.K. Gandhi Institute for Nonviolence, In the City Off the Grid, Mural Arts of Rochester Crew, The PLEX Neighborhood Association, The Seedfolk Store, Teen Empowerment, Wall/Therapy and The Westside Farmers Market present: Re-Generation: Youth Raising Consciousness Through the Arts, bringing together community organizations and artists to combine social and aesthetic change as one. The event seeks to educate the public on current youth employment projects in Rochester, neighborhood development and to illustrate the diverse range of styles in the Rochester art scene. The program includes live mural painting, music, spoken word and interactive activities for the public.
