Joseph Cipolla, Executive Chef of Cipolla Romaine, will teach you this classic Italian delight! From using the best local ingredients, you'll learn the best methods & techniques to avoid those dense, rubbery mistakes you've eaten elsewhere. Each student will have a tasting along with a side dish of handmade pasta w/ sauce & fresh herbs to take home with them.
