The name of Rochester's annual celebration of all things regionally punk leaves little to the imagination, and for good reason. You get what you're paying for at the North Coast Punk Fest — and what you're paying for is some of the finest punk rock that Western New York has to offer, no more, no less. Headlined by Syracuse favorites Lucky33 and Fredonia's Crazies, North Coast Punk Fest is offering an impressive variety of punk's innumerable sub-sub-genres on its undeniably stacked bill, from the traditionalist battering of the Ill to the psycho-billy mayhem of The Grease Creepers. Give me your tattooed, your pierced, your moshing masses.
North Coast Punk Fest IV will take place on Saturday, June 17, at the California Brew Haus, 402 West Ridge Road. Starts at 12 p.m. $10 general; $12 under 21. facebook.com/thecaliforniabrewhaus.
