Preserving and Flavoring with Maple Syrup

When: Wed., March 4, 6:30-8 p.m. 2015

Participants will learn to make Maple Apple Jam, Maple Liqueur and Maple Dried Apples. Each can be prepared and stocked in your pantry for those times when you are longing for a "maple fix" such as a dab of jam on your English muffin, a sip of liqueur with friends, or a healthy snack for your hike. A sample of all three items will be available to take home.
