The secret in making your own pizza is learning how the dough is made. In this class, participants will make their own dough and each participant will finish their masterpiece with the toppings they most desire. We will spare no garlic or olive oil and we will use plenty of fresh basil. In just a few minutes, you’ll be eating healthy pizza and wondering why you haven’t tried this before.
