One of Pittsford Fine Art’s newest members, Bill Finewood, paints highly realistic landscapes and wildlife images, a technique he developed in his first career, as an illustrator. That devotion to detail and to natural beauty will be on display throughout December at the Pittsford gallery, where Finewood is the month’s featured artist. Finewood, who lives in Ontario, Wayne County, joined the dozen other artists at the artist-run gallery in July. He will attend the gallery’s First Friday reception on Dec. 4, from 5 to 8 pm.
