The annual “Patient’s First” Luncheon hosted by the Jordan Health Foundation highlights the critical work of our amazing team of clinicians, care coordinators, and front-line staff who help to diminish the impact of poverty and create healthier communities by improving the health outcomes of the people who live in the Rochester region.
