Guiding our children through school: A Four Part Free Program for Parents. Saturdays, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., beginning Apr 12. Featuring Skills & Drills Camp, Cooking Class, Arts & Crafts (8-13 years old). Free childcare provided and lunch provided for first 75 applicants. The program includes workshops for parents: - Parents Rights and Responsibilities - How to Get Involved in Your Child’s school - Navigating the Special Education Landscape - Reading - How to Talk to Your Child about Sex - Understanding your Child’s Development and Learning Style
