This is a "recipe-less" class that is focused on applying cooking techniques to what's readily available in your pantry. The first half hour, our chef instructor will discuss how to set up your pantry as well as what to stock it with. Our instructor will also include how to manage leftovers and how to make chicken and vegetable stock! The second half hour will focus on the specific culinary techniques and how to apply them. The remainder of the class allows participants to experiment with pantry cooking without recipes. The goal is to get you to rely less on recipes, and more on your creative skills and knowledge! Remember -- Chefs don't make mistakes, just new recipes!
