During both classes your instructor will guide you through a series of drills that challenge your mind and your body. The 45 min ride will motivate and challenge you to work harder than you thought possible. All fitness levels welcome. Training for a triathlon or bike race? Bring your bike + trainer and allow our instructors to help you push your training to the next level. Preregistration required.
