The HEART Coalition for a Drug-Free Rochester, a partnership between City of Rochester Bureau of Recreation and the Metro Council for Teen Potential, is hosting the Real Truth About City Youth Celebration and Outstanding HEART Awards. The Real Truth About City Youth Celebration brings attention to the fact that most city youth are not engaged in dangerous behavior, including drug and alcohol use, physical fights or risky sexual encounters.
