Register for one-on-one assistance with health insurance navigator who can assist you in enrolling for health insurance (the navigator speaks Spanish and English). Appointments are for one hour. Must bring: Identification, the previous year’s tax return, four most recent paystubs, immigration or naturalization papers (if applicable), and the social security numbers and birth dates of all family members. Registration for a one hour appointment is required.
