The Ombudsman program at Lifespan of Greater Rochester is seeking volunteers to advocate for individuals who live in nursing homes or adult care communities to ensure they receive quality of care. There is an application process that needs to be completed before you can attend. The cut-off date for accepting new applications is 10/4/17.
