Not a Crime: Making Our Case for the Reproductive Health Act

When: Thu., April 12, 6:30-8:30 p.m. 2018

Erika Christensen and Garin Marschall became patient advocates for state abortion reform after having to travel from Brooklyn to Colorado to terminate a non-viable pregnancy at 32 weeks. Their advocacy efforts target the stigma around later abortion and try to give context to the state's law and efforts to fix it. They are on a tour throughout the state to meet New Yorkers in their communities, share their story and ultimately start the conversation that ends abortion stigma.
