Come learn how to make dairy-free ice cream at home with hands-on demonstrations and tastings, led by Eat Me Ice Cream founders Amber Odhner and Catelyn Augustine! They'll be reviewing the secrets to making creamy dairy free ice cream, talking about how to find flavor inspiration, and the best sourcing ingredients. Not only will you be making coconut-vanilla bean ice cream during class, but you'll also be going home with a pint.
