Helena will discuss basic concepts of neuroscience and emotional eating. She will break down what might be going on in the brain that drives emotional eating behaviors and how to interrupt those behaviors in an effort to ensure good health and weight management. Course attendees will participate in a comprehensive body composition test, receiving information about their personal health risk factors, including body fat, muscle mass, water levels, metabolic age, metabolic rate and more. Participants will leave the workshop with a solid understanding of what is driving their current eating patterns and what it might take to change those patterns.
