Mindful Yoga & Meditation 101

When: Wed., Jan. 23, 6:30-8 p.m. 2019

Amy Jo Metzendorf of Bodhi Tree Yoga will teach simple ways to cultivate mindfulness and compassion into daily life through yoga. Participants will spend time lying on the floor and sitting in a chair, so please bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket, and wear clothing that allows for easy movement. Registration is limited.
