Mindful Winter Wellness Series with Laura Gavigan

When: Fri., Feb. 3, 3-4 p.m.

This seasonal Mindful Winter Wellness series will introduce participants to the practice of mindfulness and learn several skills, including meditation, for managing stress. Each session requires separate registration with an email address. Participants have the choice of viewing this program in person at the Irondequoit Public Library or at home via livestream using Zoom. Participants will receive an email with the log-in information for Zoom. Library programs are open and beneficial to all. We will strive to support individual needs.
