Mindful Movement Yoga

Designed for everybody, Thalia's class awakens the body, mind, and spirit through a mindful yet challenging sequence of yoga postures, breathing exercises, and guided meditations. Modifications will be given so students can customize their practice according to their physical and energetic needs. Evening classes run every Wednesday at 7:45pm. Morning classes run Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:00am. These times don't work for you? Private's and Semi Private's available at your convenience!
