When: Tuesdays, Thursdays, 7-8 p.m. and Wednesdays, 12-1 p.m. Continues through Dec. 31 2014

We often spend the first 10 minutes focusing on posture, breath and gentle yoga before entering into a seated meditation. And the last 10 minutes in discussion. This allows time for late arrival and early departure if needed.
