Meditative Drawing is a simple, relaxing and fun draw technique to help with anxiety, stress, and artistic blocks. It increases focus and creativity, provides artistic satisfaction along with an enhanced sense of personal well being. Class includes a mini pumpkin to draw on, scrap paper, a pencil, and a micro pen. Feel free to bring your own drawing and coloring tools, shapes and or stencils.
