New York Wine & Culinary Center Chefs have developed a five course menu pairing McGregor Vineyard Winery's delicious portfolio of wine with pescetarian-inspired entrées. John McGregor will discuss the line-up of his wines and how they pair with each of the five courses. Menu highlights include rock shrimp mousse on flat bread crisp, herb-scented pappardelle with blue crab, grilled chicories, and spinach, and a smoked Montauk scallop tower.
