The interior of Mark’s Texas Hots is strictly utilitarian, right down to the duct tape on the booths, though serving 24 hours a day can lead to a little a little wear and tear. But you could do a lot worse at 2 in the morning, or, for that matter, 2 in the afternoon. Decent, no-frills diner food is on the menu; think eggs, hot and cold sandwiches, soups, fried stuff, a handful of homestyle faves, some daily specials, and one of the better Plates in town.
