Making Well-Balanced Vegan Breakfast Foods

When: Sat., Aug. 6, 6-9 p.m. 2016

In this hands-on cooking class you will learn to make healthy well balanced breakfast foods that both vegans and non-vegans will enjoy. Together we will make a variety of different recipes, some of which include; Homemade Nut Milk, Garbanzo Bean Scramble, French Toast, Chia Seed Pudding and much more. Please note: Please bring a cutting board and knife.
