Making Sicilian Chocolate Cannoli's with Local Goat Cheese & Ricotta

This workshop will show you how to make a unique twist on the classic cannoli. Utilizing local cheeses, and fresh ingredients, David Romaine, Executive Pastry Chef of Cipolla Romaine, will teach the proper methodology and timing of the perfect Sicillian Chocolate cannoli. Each student will watch in the preparation and then be able to practice piping their own cannoli shells to take home.
