Fresh Mozzarella is a simple and easy cheese to make in your own kitchen in just 30 minutes! Trystan Sandvoss, farmer and cheesemaker at First Light Farm & Creamery in East Bethany, NY, will show you how to transform cow's milk into delicious fresh mozzarella. We'll learn about milk, sustainable and organic dairying, pro-biotics, cheesemaking ingredients and equipment (most of which you probably have in your kitchen already), and artisanal cheese. Everyone will receive recipes and instructions so you can start making your own fresh cheeses at home!
