Self-care means taking time out to reflect and re-charge so we can keep fighting our every-day battles. This class is appropriate for both teens and adults and will help participants have fun while creating a self-care kit packed with tools to keep self-care a priority during time of stress. Real-world, research supported techniques for self-care will be practiced while making our kit. Come hone-in on your own self-care goals, skills and resources!
