Make Your Own Risotto

This class will cover: Proper technique for creating restaurant quality risotto at home; How to choose the best ingredients, guaranteeing a delicious risotto every time; Developing flavor in vegan and vegetarian risottos; A risotto recipe template to discover your own flavor combinations; How to properly serve risotto. We will be making the following recipes: Sausage & Thyme Risotto; Butternut Squash & Sage Risotto (Vegetarian, can be vegan); Chocolate Risotto.
