Join us for our next Got Health program and learn why physical activity is good for your health. Our speaker, Jennifer Lee from the University of Rochester, will discuss what physical fitness includes and why sitting is bad for us. There will be tips on exercises you can do at your desk and how to build physical activity into your daily routine! Light snacks will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own lunch. This program will also be followed by a raffle drawing.
