Travel around the world through our very own Hands-On Kitchen. Learn why Calzones are different from Pierogi, and what makes Empanadas so much different from Raviolis. This class will focus on what makes these folded snacks so delectable. We will discuss the difference in the doughs used, what they are filled with, and the origin of each. In this class, we’ll make Calzones, Pierogi, Empanadas, Raviolis and Wontons.
