Greece Historical Society presents The Legacy of the Manitou Trolley by Bill Sauers During the summer months from 1891 to 1925 an electric trolley ran from Charlotte to Manitou Beach. All but forgotten in this 21st century, it was the major transportation route for eight miles along the lake shore. "Come along and ride this train" and learn about a facinating time in our resort neighborhood of long ago and the legacy the trolley left behind.
