Laughter Yoga is a unique concept developed by Dr. Madan Kataria, a medical doctor from India, based on the philosophy of “acting happiness” – tell your body what to do and your mind will follow. Laughter Yoga follows a series of simple, yet structured laughter and yogic breathing techniques, combined with simple stretching. Please note: No prior yoga experience or yoga mat is necessary.
