Learn how to put the latest research into everyday practice by moving the new four food groups—vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and legumes—to the center of your plate. Attendees will receive advance meal plans, grocery shopping lists, and a plant-based starter kit. The citywide Kickstart Your Health Rochester nutrition challenge starts May 1, 2016.
