John Cage: Variations III

When: Fri., Dec. 1, 7-10 p.m. 2017

In 1962, experimental composer John Cage conceived a method "for one or any number of people performing any actions" to create unique scores using a process of indeterminacy. Local performers, musicians, artists and filmmakers create their own scores and perform them simultaneously. The audience is invited to walk through the space and interact with the sonic and visual landscape, while “leaving room for the use of unforeseen eventualities.”
