Learn to make the perfect sticky rice, work with nori sheets, make different types of fillings and assemble sushi rolls. We'll also create different dipping sauces. Sushi is reasonable and fun to make and by the time you leave class, you'll almost be a pro! The best part is that each student will be able to take a sushi mat and a set of chopsticks to practice at home.
