Introduction to Small Business E-Marketing

In this workshop students will be taught the basic concepts of how to use the Internet for marketing their business. Subjects will include acquiring a domain, hosting a website, website platforms, ecommerce, search engine optimization, keywords and search terminology, blogging, social media, email marketing, paid online advertising and Google Analytics. This workshop is a basic overview meant to familiarize attendees with concepts and terminology as well as helping to overcome hesitations that may be keeping a business owner from engaging in online marketing. A course booklet will be provided that also includes space for note-taking.
