Laughing Gull Chocolates combines chocolate with the community in order to make a difference at home and in the communities that produce our beloved chocolate. Participants will be able to learn the secret to great tasting chocolate, and the story of chocolate. Participants will practice the art of truffle-making from ganache to dipping; they will go home with a small assortment of truffles and endless bragging rights as a chocolate connoisseur.
