Intro to Yoga

When: Sun., Jan. 8, 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m. 2017

New to yoga? This class is for you. All levels are welcome, newbies are encouraged. Liz will offer modifications & explanations along the way to make sure you walk off the mat feeling a little more familiar and comfortable in your yoga practice. Yogis who are more farmiliar with the practice can take a chance to refine the basics, and dive deeper into poses that are often times breezed through. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, bring a mat if you have one (or we rent them for $2) & an empty water bottle to fill from our cooler.
