This is the perfect place to begin if you are new to yoga, or want to refresh or relearn some fundamentals. These classes will include an introduction to the postures, alignment, breathing, and practicing mindfulness, laying the basic groundwork for students to step into a more regular practice, regardless of age, experience, or flexibility. Patrons can sign-up for individual classes or for the entire series. Please bring yoga mat or towel.
