When: Tuesdays, 6-7 p.m. Continues through May 30 2017
You are invited to learn a carefully developed method and approach to Tai Chi and Qi(Chi) cultivation that makes it easy and beneficial from the very beginning. You will learn to combine your focus on movement and breathing to experience a state of relaxation and calm. You will learn how to bring the integral relaxing aspects of Tai Chi and Qigong into your daily life. People of all ages and levels of fitness are welcome. No prior experience is necessary.
