Unity Living Center nurses and nursing assistants take care of the most vulnerable, frail, and elderly in the Rochester, New York community. They do tough, valuable work. They deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. They deserve the tools that would allow them to deliver the highest quality care. They have asked management for changes, but management has flatly refused. So they organized themselves and are fighting to get a union contract.
