When: Thu., July 20, 6-7 p.m.
Learn the basics of an indoor cycling class. During this class you will get personalized bike set up by a certified Spinning instructor, learn the different positions on the bike and learn what to expect during an indoor cycling class. This class will also include a short ride for you to try out your new skills. Please note: Students are encouraged to bring a water bottle, a small towel and sneakers. All fitness levels welcome.
