Indigenous Music & Arts Festival

When: July 23-24, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. 2022

This annual celebration of traditional and contemporary Indigenous cultures will feature headliners Shelley Morningsong (Northern Cheyenne) & Fabian Fontenelle (Zuni/Omaha), and father-son blues duo Twice As Good. The festival also includes full-regalia performances by Bill Crouse (Seneca) and the Allegany River Dancers, traditional storytellers, a Native American Arts Market, Indigenous food, arts demonstrations, and a family discovery tent. Saturday is Peter Jemison Day featuring special activities to celebrate Jemison's contributions to Ganondagan, the Haudenosaunee and Indigenous communities, and the Greater Rochester area.
