How to Start a Food Business!

This class will introduce participants to the foundational principles and essential components required in owning and running a successful food business. We will explore challenges and opportunities faced by individuals using their family or personal recipes or ideas. Participants will learn the concepts involved in developing a product, scaling up production, ensuring legal compliance, marketing (on-line and off-line), raising capital, and exit strategies.
