In this class, participants will be taught the basics of making specialty liqueurs to enjoy with your favorite cocktail. We will explore everything from how to store, age and bottle your liqueurs as well as several ways of how to make simple syrups - a common cocktail necessity. Featured liqueurs will be: Lemoncello, Kahlua and Triple Sec. This class is for participants over the age of 21. The class will take place at Rochester Brainery.
